1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LeapRank ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by the laws of India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules framed thereunder. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

LeapRank is a B2B SaaS platform providing SEO analytics, keyword discovery, and competitor tracking tools. We integrate with third-party services like Google Search Console and Ahrefs to provide these insights. Our services are subject to continuous development and may change over time.

3. User Accounts and Security

To use LeapRank, you must register for an account using a valid email address or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Refunds

LeapRank operates on a subscription model (Monthly/Yearly). Payments are processed securely via our payment partners. In accordance with Indian regulations, all fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST) unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Due to the digital nature of our service, we generally do not offer refunds once a billing cycle has commenced, except as required by law.

5. Data Privacy and Compliance

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (SPDI Rules). By using LeapRank, you consent to our data practices. You retain full ownership of the data you connect via Google Search Console.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, LeapRank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

8. Grievance Officer

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and rules made there under, the name and contact details of the Grievance Officer are provided in our Privacy Policy.
